This is a 2-day course packaged especially for new company owners who have only limited knowledge of accounting and finance and not familiar with the statutory requirements for financial reporting.
Companies are required to keep proper records and accounts of business transactions and hold annual general meeting under the Companies Act. In addition, companies must maintain proper records of its financial transactions and retain the source documents, accounting records and schedules, bank statements and any other records of transactions connected with their business.
Hence, it is important especially for small business owners to know how to comply with the statutory requirements and what essential documents to keep and how to keep proper records.

This workshop is learner centric and uses interactive lectures, discussions, presentation and scenario-based learning as the main learning methodologies. We will be illustrating using a computerized accounting software to show how record keeping is done. Participants will be highly engaged with the various learning activities to scaffold key learning moments.

Stage 2 – Details
Once the appropriate company structure is agreed upon, you will need to decide the name of your company, management structure, share ownership, and the amount of share capital.
Stage 3 – Incorporation
We will prepare the necessary paperwork for the application to the authorities and manage the process of successfully incorporating the chosen company structure on your behalf. Our charges for the incorporation of companies starts from $1,000. The fees include ACRA fees of $315 and company secretarial services for the first year.
